Our Will drafting process is simple:

  1. Book your appointment.

  2. Complete our questionnaire.

  3. Meet with the Attorney to do the final consultation. In person appointments in the Wake County, NC area will leave with Will documents that day. Virtual clients will meet with a local notary to finalize their documents.

We are here every step of the way. When you book your initial appointment, you will get our cell phone and we will answer any time.

Every Estate Plan comes with:

  • A Will with Testamentary Trust

  • Healthcare Power of Attorney

  • Living Will

  • General Durable Power of Attorney

  • Digital Asset Directive

Our fees are simple:

  • $500 consultation fee - applied to the final price.

  • $1950 for 1 Estate Plan*

  • $2950 for 2 Estate Plans with matching testamentary Trusts (common for married couples and partners.)*

  • $1500 for 1 Revocable Living Trust added to an Estate Plan

  • $5000 for 1 Revocable Living Trust without an Estate Plan

  • Property Transfers into Trust: $150 per property

  • Expedited Estate Plan: $1500 - one appointment, must be signed within 30 days of appointment, special circumstances and parents of minor children are not eligible.
